Session Fee

The standard fee for a 50-minute individual therapy session is $220 (payable on the day, no deposit required). Some private health insurers offer rebates for psychology sessions, please check directly with your insurer for details.

Session Fee with Medicare

With a Mental Health Treatment Plan, your out-of-pocket cost is $123.35 per session after the rebate ($96.65). The rebate is processed for you after each session—no extra steps needed. If you'd like to explore obtaining a Mental Health Treatment Plan, speak with your GP.

SIRA - (Workers’ Compensation & Motor Accidents Claims)

I'm a registered SIRA provider. If your claim is approved, sessions may be fully covered with no out-of-pocket costs. Confirm eligibility with your insurer or case manager first.

Concessions

A limited number of reduced-fee appointments are available for clients experiencing financial hardship or holding a Healthcare Card. Please reach out to discuss your options.

Cancellations

Life happens, and I appreciate that things can change. If that’s the case, just provide at least 48 hours' notice to avoid a cancellation fee.

Cancellation Policy:

• Less than 48 hours' notice → 50% of the session fee will be charged.

• Less than 24 hours' notice or a no-show → The full session fee will be charged.

Medicare does not cover cancellation fees. Clients using Medicare rebates remain responsible for any cancellation charges.
